Starbucks and Teavana joining forces???

I just received an email from Starbucks rewards for a free tea at teavana and some other Teavana coupons. Does this mean that Starbucks will soon carry Teavana teas?? Any thoughts?

Hello Froogle_jimmy! Please do not delete the topic-

I would definitely like to hear about how things progress since Starbucks bought out Teavana. There has been discussion about how the merging & marketing will proceed.

Will Starbucks start carrying Teavana teas in there stores? Is it a good idea to have tea in a coffee store, seeing how much stronger the coffee odors are & will it ruin the tea experience? Will Starbucks revamp all the Teavana stores? Inquiring minds want to know :)

What are the coupons? Is there a “view as a webpage” link to share?

try putting that in the web address bar. one coupone is for a free tea at Teavana…the other is buy 4 teas get 50g free of rooibus rouge. NEWTEA is the checkout code.

Isn’t Starbucks associated with Tazo teas?

momo said

yeah, they even opened a specifically Tazo store in Seattle like two days after the news broke about them acquiring Teavana

I’m hoping they don’t get rid of Tazo, I like a lot of their teas.

I found this article interesting. Sounds like Starbucks is going to leave Teavana stores as is for now but eventually make them more into a cafe type store. Also starbucks building their own juicery (?) – interesting.
