Use the soy-based alternatives that are branded for coffee. These are in every supermarket. For example, Silk for coffee, So Nice for coffee and So Nice Barista Blend.

almond milk, rice milk, oat milk, lactose-free milk, goat milk, soy milk.
I prefer almond or soy milk in some of the black teas I drink (Chai).

I had to go dairy free years ago and found there was no substitute for milk in tea. I started drinking green tea and have only recently starting adding a few blacks back. The blacks I’ve been enjoying are Chinese black that taste great without anything added. So my suggestion is to try some different blacks (or try greens) that don’t require anything to be added them.
