New "Tea Swaps" Discussion Category

Hi All,

Wanted to let people know that we added a new category for tea swaps. Hopefully that will make it easier for people to find the swap threads and share some tasty teas.

Also, it was suggested that someone could create location specific threads (US only, Canada only, Europe only, etc) in addition to any international ones. So if anyone would like that get those started, feel free to do so.
