Good Intro to terms used in the grading of Ceylons and the description of leaf and tea liquors.
I was just browsing sites and admiring Basilurs packaging when I found this page on their website. Starting about a third down the page there is a really thorough discussion and description about Ceylon Grades and then a discussion about terms used to describe the qualities of the leaf and what they might mean with regards to quality and taste. I found it a good introduction to this topic and thought it was well done so I decided to share it with you.
