Teaware in Dallas

I haven’t been to Maudee’s in about a year. I can’t remember if they have teaware there or just the loose teas and food. They are a lovely place to visit for afternoon tea, though. :)

The Cultured Cup carries a small selection of teaware that is not cheap. :) Matcha whisks, matcha bowls, tasting cups, etc. They also have Mariage Freres, which is kind of unusual if you aren’t on a coast in the US, and local chocolate – which also isn’t cheap but is very yummy. :)

Thanks Nicole. I looked up Maudee’s online, and I don’t see anything about them selling teaware, but I might check them out one afternoon and see. The Cultured Cup looks interesting…I might be able to get some tea or chocolate from them (hard to pass up good chocolate)…don’t think I can afford their teaware though. :)

I didn’t see anything on Maudee’s site, either, but I was kind of remembering teapots behind the checkout counter the last time I was there. I know they sell loose leaf tea there (but sadly do not offer it online) and it isn’t the high end stuff like Cultured Cup but it is less expensive and pretty good. I really need to get my aunt to go back by Maudee’s soon and grab me some of their pomegranate black blend! They are really very nice people and their food is very good.
