If you are looking to get a lot of samples for a decent price, some good places are Adagio (http://www.adagio.com/), Zen Tea (http://zentealife.com/ – they have a 30% code right now summer2013) and Upton Tea (http://www.uptontea.com/). All have generous sample sizes.
Everyone loves Butiki (http://www.butikiteas.com/), but I haven’t tried them yet.

Teavivre (www.teavivre.com) or Verdant (www.verdanttea.com) if you are into unflavoured. Butiki (www.butikiteas.com) or Davids (www.davidstea.com) if you’re into flavoured. I know that 52Teas (www.52teas.com) and Della Terra (www.dellaterrateas.com) are also popular for flavoured teas but I personally find them disappointing. You may not though!

I would recommend TeaVitality (http://teavitality.com). Organic and Fair Trade teas available only.

Verdant’s 5 for $5 sample contains some of the best tea I’ve ever tasted (unflavored). It’s ‘s a great deal and smart business – I can’t imagine not coming back for more.

I was thinking about getting stuff from Adagio, i have not ordered from them in a while. But i will check out the other sites as well.

You didn’t say what type of tea you were looking for.

For unflavored teas:

TeaVivre is fantastic for Chinese tea, but has limited variety.
Upton has a super selection of unflavored tea all with sample sizes. As just two examples, they sell a dozen different Keemun teas, and several dozen Darjeelings.

For flavored teas:

While Adagio has some unflavored teas I think of them as specializing in flavored teas. I think Della Terra flavored teas are higher quality than Adagio but they are significantly more expensive, so I tend to buy Adagio, but the choice depends on your budget.
