Help please! We need your thoughts or suggestions...
Time flies! TeaVivre is TWO years old now. In order to express our gratefulness for all your support, we have some ideas to celebrate this special occasion. After spending days on discussing this, we think the final decision should be decided by you guys, because this is for you! If you’ve any other thoughts or suggestions, we’d love to hear from you, too!
1: During Anniversary activity, all the customer will get:
a) One “Nonpareil” Grade tea sample
b) One free tea towel
2: Orders over a certain amount will get a free:
a) Chinese Gongfu Gaiwan
b) “Nonpareil” Grade Teas Assortment Samples
Both of them have two choices, please help us to choose a one that you’re interested in.
I’m more with option 1 since I’m more easy about making smaller orders than pushing it in order to get a gift (I blame it on the low customs check quota in my country).

for 1) i think most people would agree that the Sample >> Tea towel
for 2) i think it would be more of a toss up, but i personally would lean towards the Gaiwan

2) Honestly, I’d be happy with either. It seems like maybe the sort of thing that would depend on the person though—someone who already has lots of gaiwans wouldn’t want another, versus someone who doesn’t. Hm.

I have no interest at all in a tea towel. While the gaiwan is more interesting, tea is a much more universal choice (after all, the whole reason we are placing an order is because we want tea).
Also, from your perspective, a tea sample is more likely to lead to more orders.

:) I’d rather pick my gaiwan out when i decide to get another one. More tea is more tea to try and possibly buy later!

In both categories, I’d go for the tea sample.
I have plenty of small dishtowels.
I also already have a few Gaiwans.
