Tealux.ca customer support

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with them. I recently placed an order for 9 teas. I believe the tung ting I ordered was sent as the wrong tea. The picture shows a balled oolong but the bag contains a brown wirey leaf that looks like their pictures of dancong. I submitted a request for support a week ago and still no answer.

I’ve ordered from Tealux a few times. I’ve never had a problem with my order, so have not had to contact them in that regards. I have emailed them with questions and asking for suggestions. I’ve always received an answer from them.
I’m not sure how you contacted them, but I find that sometimes the “contact us” on some web sites is less reliable than if you send them an email directly. This is just a suggestion. The email address that I used was support(at)tealux(dot)ca. They also have a toll free phone number 1.888.9.TEALUX. I hope hope you get your issue resolved.

I tried the number just now and was sent to an answering machine. Thanks for the email address I will try that. I tried the support function on their website.

Hi guys just wanted to update this. I emailed today and they already got back to me. They are shipping the tung ting tomorrow and were even able to tell me what tea I was given due to a labeling error. It was the dong fang which I have enjoyed. Anyway of all 9 teas I received I like them all and they were fairly cheap so I would definitely recommend tealux.ca

Me too. This experience definitely turned me maybe getting tea from there again to definitely getting tea from there again. As I already said the teas are all good and the prices are as well but if the tea might be the wrong kind I’m not sure I would want to take that risk. I figured they would like to know about the error as well so it doesn’t happen to other orders.

If you want to order from them again, I would recommend signing up for their news letter, they quite often have 25% off sales. That turns good prices into great prices.

I got an order from them last Thurs. One tea (just a sample size) was missing. I emailed Fri and got a response today (Mon) saying they would ship it to me. I’m happy with their customer service. I second the recommendation to sign up for the newsletter.
