NYC Tea Meet-Up- Sunday, September 29th- Bellocq Teas & Taste of France Festival

12:00 noon @ Bellocq Tea in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.

BE AWARE that the G train is not running all the way out, but there is a shuttle bus making all stops that the train would. A group of us are meeting at the g train stop above ground to walk to Bellocq together. *
After Bellocq, we will head over to Bryant Park in Manhattan for Taste of France! :-)
If you’re not coming to Bellocq, aim to meet us at about 2:30PM.

Oh and if anyone wants dinner we could go to Tea and Sympathy after- British food. It’s in the same neighborhood.

6: 30 is good with me. I don’t think I’ll have time to pack up teas to swap – I’d love to do an in-person swap/share at some point in the future, though!
I’ll definitely try to get there with some teas to swap :)
Earlier comment notwithstanding, if any of you would like some Cinnamon Rooibos Chai from DAVIDsTEA I have about an ounce I’m looking to offload. I don’t need anything in exchange; I’d just like to find it a good home (and not have to pay shipping in the process).
Oh man! I wish I joined steepster earlier. I’m really new to tea, but I’d love to go to the next one!! If anyone would want to do a tea exchange or a tea box, I live in Jersey and I’d love to do it! :)
Aw! Well if you are able to make it at thee last minute, we would certainly welcome you tonight. If not, maybe you can organize a Jersey meet-up. If it’s near a train maybe some of the NYC folks can make it and I can certainly drive from Staten Island. It would be fun for a Steepster daytrip! :-)
