Small Matcha grinder?

HI,
I have found this on Ebay:

Has anyone used such thing? I wonder if it really works and how long does it take to get you a serving size of matcha….

I haven’t used it, but then finding tencha leaves isn’t that easy. If you grind other green tea leaves it doesn’t qualify as real matcha.
