tea dryer

www.justea.com is trying to find an eco friendly tea dryer to establish in our small tea workshops in Kenya. Does anyone know of anything? We want to avoid wood as it will lead to a smokey flavour, and we are also hoping to avoid electricity as we are hoping to end up working in villages that are not hooked up to electricity.
