I would have a look at TeaSpring.com. They specialise in Chinese teas and generally carry a high quality.

Do any of you DISagree with any of these recommendations?

Oh man, I’ve never heard of many of these sites; so much oolong, so little time…

I hope to sample these local purveyors (they ship as well) and give my opinion soon:

Edit: ended up trying Taiwan Tea Crafts, got the Lishan High Mt. and Premium Oriental Beauty. They have a free shipping thing over $25 for samples.

Excellent, please do that!!!

One add’l note: I highly recommend the Fenghuang Shuixian from Harney & Sons. One of the finer oolongs I’ve tried and quite resteepable!

(though my all time fave is from a local real Chinese grocery here, where I buy my da hong pao per kilo. owner imports it from China himself. It is devine.! (not a high grade mind you, but it’s very nice.)

you could try https://www.hotsoup.nl/en/View-all-products-in-shop.html

It’s a Dutch side, but they have an English version, they ship worldwide and teir services is excellent!

I would have said Teavivre.com and Teafromtaiwan.com – I loved the samples I’ve tried from them both.

+1 for Teavivre

I also like oolongs from www.redblossomtea.com & http://www.cantonteaco.com/

I was tempted to order from Red Blossom tea except they’re relatively expensive and don’t do PayPal but I will sample them soon… Wish I’d gone there when I was in San Francisco, but instead went to Vital Leaf.

I need to try more oolongs.

Another thumbs up for Taiwan Tea Crafts. I got their package within a week and a half from Taiwan (with free shipping). Lishan Mt. Oolong, Oriental Beauty and a Golden Dragon black sample thrown in for free. The oolongs are delicious, needless to say. Rec’d!

Well here’s my two pence worth:

This : http://www.pmdtea.co.uk/luxury-tea-shop/Connosoissuer/Sapphire-Oolong/21/#.Uo8m9DeCWSo

Really light and easy to drink and has a soft fruity after taste, can taste a gentle citrusy taste similar to pink grapefruit. Very tasty indeed
