USPS did not deliver

Bad experience with USPS. Clerk at the post office said she can’t do anything than track my package on their website which I have done. She won’t even report that their website isn’t working. And, they lose the package and they won’t pay for it. I want to be in that business. No responsibility. Simply collect the money and try the best to deliver.
