Fall Themed Group SWAP! (Secret TURKEY!)
Hi fellow steepsters!
So I have this on my mind for quite some time and I need everyone’s help! I really hope this is something everyone would be
interested in doing.
…I want to organize a fall themed swap similar to a secret santa style by including a set dollar amount/quantity/quality. And include little things like favorite fall recipes, tea baked goods, cute cards or crafts or decorations, anything of the sort having to do with Halloween/Thanksgiving/Fall?

I’d love to take part, but I was wondering how many people you were thinking about including. I’m not sure I have enough of any one tea to send to a large group, a small group wouldn’t be a problem though.
In! Like Short Sorceress, I don’t have enough of any one tea to share with a big group, but if the group of interested people gets too large we can always just break down into several smaller groups.
I like both ideas. I did one earlier on she we had a single swap person and sent them little gifts along with tea in the box….that was fun and different. I’m up for either idea though.
Hey everyone! Wow! I am so happy with the turn out. What do you all think about doing it secret santa style? If so how many rounds would you want to do? Just one or multiple (each time with a different “secret pumpkin”. And if more than one round how often? Every week? Every other week? I would love to hear your input so everyone is happy!

There are 7 weeks left until Thanksgiving. I’m definitely not up for making 7 packages. If we do every other week starting two weeks from now, that will be 3 rounds. 3 seems like a nice number. I like 3.
What do you think about 4? Doing it every other week? And the last one being on thanksgiving? I can close sign up on Sunday night and then get the "secret pumpkins and their addresses out to everyone by Tuesday and then have everyone ship the following Monday? So the first weeks shippout will be the 21st and then November 4th, november 18th, and then a special thanksgiving one as the last hoorah on the 25th?
I will be leaving this open for sign ups until Sunday night. I am so excited!
