Tartary vs Soba Cha - Bitter?

I had a sample of Harney’s Soba Cha – and really really liked it. But, it’s somewhat pricey. What’s the difference between the Harney and say this one? Is it bitter? I guess I’m a bit confused if there are multiple types of buckwheat teas. Also, if anyone has any suggestions on something similar to soba cha, I’d appreciate it.

I actually just buy my own raw buckwheat in bulk at the grocery store and roast it myself. It tastes just as good as the Harney’s but significantly cheaper.
