Thank you to everyone for your suggestions. I’ll have fun trying all these different ideas, including mixing cinnamon sticks or granules in my tea.

I’d say cinnamon sticks but how long to put them in with a black tea to get flavour out.

I’d avoid powdered cinnamon tbh

We do an apple spiced black tea. Where the ‘spice’ is a nice cinnamon that is slightly sweet and not too spicy or hot. Base is Ceylon. Should be on our site in a couple days!

If you remember, post a link when it’s up. Although I just tried your site and had problems, so hopefully I can connect when the apple spice tea is up!

Hey Katiek,
Yeah we had a server smash-down yesterday but luckily we weren’t down too long. Up and running again! I’ll post the link right here once it’s up- I’m hoping by Friday!

We have a Cinnamon Roll black tea. It’s a great cinnamon black tea, without any cloves or other flavors.

Thanks! Placed an order to try and also picked up some sample green teas. I’m not a big green tea drinker, but I’m trying to find one I like, so the sample sizes were helpful. :)

Thanks for your order Katiek! You picked some great green teas to try, some of my favorites! Hope you enjoy them!

I got my order and actually tried one of the green teas first – plum and pear. Yummy!

Yay! I’m so glad you liked the Plum and Pear Green! :)

Hello, This is my first post!

Have you tried MarketSpice Tea called Cinnamon Orange? My siter-in-law gave it to me for Christmas. It is their signature tea. Their website is www.marketspice.com. It has a wonderful cinnamon flavor with a hint of orange. They have a store in The Public Market Center in Seattle.
I’m looking forward to meeting all of you!! Blessings!

Thank you. I tried a different Marketspice tea once, but not that one. I’ll look it up.

I feel honored that your first post was a response to my question! I hope to see a lot more of your posts in the future. Welcome!!

Hey Katiek and fellow cinnamon tea lovers!

Just had time to post our Apple Cinnamon online and putting the link here for you guys to check out. Hoping to add a ‘how-to’ video in making a killer Apple Cinnamon Spiced Tea Latte on that page too shortly :)

Or just a black tea base of your choice plus some broken cinnamon sticks? Then you can alter the flavour to your own taste.

Do you have a pestle and mortar in your kitchen? Or a heavy rolling pin?

Uhm, I don’t cook much (at all) and don’t have either of those, but I can certainly figure out something to use for that purpose. Thanks.

I’m such a non-cook, I was actually bothered that they didn’t have the vanilla hot cocoa at the store. If it hadn’t been for this thread, I never would have thought to get regular cocoa and vanilla that I can add separately.

You can always get pre-broken from places like Amazon. http://www.amazon.com/Cinnamon-Broken-Pieces-Vietnamese-Saigon/dp/B00AO9OZZS

Then just add to tea and tadaa! :)

I had to search for this thread because I remembered someone was looking for cinnamon teas. I’m just trying my Cinnamon Roll sample from Fusionteas.com and it is perfect! If I had to name the blend myself I would have called it Cinnamon Roll. It’s just an unassuming black tea, cinnamon, and a flavor that does make it taste like a cinnamon bun. Very good and perfect if you’re just interested in cinnamon. Thought I’d mention it!
