Need suggestion for Infuser/Warmer

Hello everyone,
I am asking for suggestions for an Infuser/Warmer. Basically, my family and I drink a LOT of tea. What I have been using is a Chinese-made electric kettle with a fairly standard glass teapot (looks like a coffeemaker carafe, with the tea infuser in the middle). The kettle only has an on and off button, it bring water to a boil, then shuts off. I can then pour the water into the teapot, and it has an indefinite “warm” mode [stays on until you turn it off].

This is very useful when you want to keep your tea warm for more than an hour. The problem is unless you take the infuser out, the tea technically continues to “brew”. I need something that can last a little longer.

I have been looking at the Breville One-Touch Tea Maker, as that appears to be the best of what I am looking for. The only concerns I have really are: 1) how much of the plastic material comes in contact with the liquids? 2) Is there any way to extend the 60 minute warming feature?

If anyone has any other recommendations, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you in advance.

If you get one let me know what it is like, looking at one for the new year potentially but I’d like to know if they are worth the big investment or a kettle with variable temperature settings and a keep warm feature is a better investment.

There should be some reviews on the Breville here which may answer some of your questions. http://steepster.com/teas/teaware/15372-breville-one-touch-tea-maker
