Started to buy some reward points but when I went to check out with Paypal and saw I was also being charged 5.90 for shipping. I did not go through with the purchase.

Should be able to pick free shipping (china post method) as long as you picked 30$+

I selected the 30$ option and 5.90 shipping was listed on the invoice

I had that same problem-free shipping not an option with paypal. Was advised by Teavivre to not use paypal if I wanted the free shipping.
