Can I just vent about how awesome Breville customer service was?
My one touch Breville tea kettle started to stop at the wrong temperature. Luckily, this happened 1 week before my warranty. I emailed Breville, and within one day, get a response that I can send it back. Next day, get a shipping label, ship it away and 4 business days later I get a brand new kettle in the mail. It was like Christmas all over again. I’m so happy.

+1 for their customer service. I had an out of warranty product, but they still gave me an exchange :)
