hate to burst your bubble

when i watch tea videos, those brewing the tea get rid of the bubbles that form after adding water to the gaiwan/yixing pot. is this because it’s considered disrespectful if the person keeps the bubbles, showing their indifference to the people drinking the tea? i’m only coming up with this answer, because i know that having smaller bubbles in matcha is regarded as showing respect to the tea drinker. unless it’s some purity/spiritual thing.

just curious.
