I got the Tea Box!!!!!!! Oh my goodness, I want to drink all of them. I can see that it will be really hard to choose which ones I want to try. Thank you Nicole (and the rest of you) for the fabulous selection. It’s like a dream come true. I will probably sit here at home drinking tea non-stop for the next couple of days!

I’m now seeing that the downside of being close to first on the box is that I’m so jealous when I see the new ones being added! I hope you’ll post pics of your cookies & truffles when you get around to them. I’m still trying to make time for truffle-making.

We could do another round. Open it up to a couple more people for different tea selection.
Jennkay, I will definitely post pictures when I make them in the next few days. I also have been trying to find the time for the truffles since Nicole posted the recipe.
Truffles are sooooo awesome but they are time consuming and messy. Once you make your own, you may never be happy with purchased ones again, I warn you. :)

The cookies and truffles were both yummy! I would make them both again but I think I would need to kind a good deal on vanilla beans because those are expensive before making the rooibos cookies or try it with extract. I made half a batch of Vanilla Rooibos cookies with Vanilla Velvet rooibos, I think the cookie dough was my favorite part. Nicole’s Truffles on page 3: I made half the batch with Rishi Earl Grey and the other half with Zen Lavender Earl Grey. My son thought I bought them at the store and asked where I got them :)
I said earlier I would retake a better picture of the rooibos cookie recipe but it is hiding in a pile of papers. I used the picture to make the recipe but I can look harder if anyone needs a better copy.
Let’s get all the way through this first round and then we’ll start up again and see at that time who is out and who wants in again/new. :)
I got home from a wonderful vacation to a HUGE box of tea sitting on my counter! This thing is exploding with awesomeness! To be honest I have no idea where to start. I took some pictures earlier today, but will have to figure out a way to post them. More to come! Thanks to NayLynn for such wonderful timing!
