Cold Brew tip for everyone

Hello. I love cold brew. Results are sweet and never bitter but darn do they take a long time. I have been playing around with different methods to speed up this process without using hot water ;). I found one!!!

A basic guide is 1 tsp (4g’s) per 10-12oz of water. I usually fill a 1 quart which equals approx.11-12 g’s. So basically just add the 11-12 g’s to approx. 5 oz of room temp water and allow to brew at room temp for 15-20mins. You will have a pretty strong concentration that when added to the remaining quart of water you get a result that is pretty much the same as a cold brew that sat for 2+ hours.
