Has anyone ordered samples from Teabox?
Just checking to see if anyone has ordered a set of samples from Teabox and what it was like. It’s a lot of money for shipping and I wondered if it was worth it…. I be going for the Assams….
Ok, no responses to this thread, but since posting, I’ve ordered their Assam samples…and found out they have free shipping for your first order….great sample packs are available to explore Indian teas and their customer service is wonderful (on the website their “LiveChat” actually got me a live person rather than silence or an opportunity to message someone! All the way in India at 9:30pm their time!) Anyone else ordered or thinking of ordering from them?
I just checked them out after reading your posts. Looks promising! Another excellent “straight from India” option, it seems… How is their packaging? How long did it take for your order to arrive?
The shipping was pretty quick….about a week, and you get a tracking number so you can “watch” it get closer (I’m weird that way). the packaging wasn’t fancy, but it got the 17 sample packets here in good condition. The samples came in little resealable envelopes that hold enough for about 4 cups in most cases (10 grams in each sample). If you have any questions, they always seem to answer the little live chat button on their website…first company that I’ve ever had actually be there and answer it!
