porcelain lined yixing gaiwan versatility?

I have a porcelain lined interior yixing gaiwan that i mostly use to brew puerhs but i was wondering if i would be able to brew oolongs in it such as iron godess or red robe oolongs in it since the yixing causes more heat retention

I don’t see why not, the lining prevents the yixing clay from absorbing flavors or anything so it’s just like a normal porcelain gaiwan.

The porcelain lining might keep the teas hotter than an unlined yixing so you might want to lower the temp a bit extra, but there’s no reason you can’t give it a try!
