Caramel Banana Matcha Smoothie Recipe

If you haven’t tried a matcha smoothie before they’re the perfect summertime breakfast for the person on the go, not to mention the fact that they’re healthy and delicious. Then again, you can top it with whipped cream and walnuts for a decadent treat. Enjoy!

That looks like a great recipes. Freezing the banana. I never thought of doing that! I usually just make a latte with my Red Leaf teas. I’ll have to try a smoothie.Thanks :-)

I like to use frozen fruit instead of ice cubes so my smoothies aren’t watered down. It’s also a great way to use up any bananas I have that are going brown; I just toss them in the freezer and turn them into smoothies.

Frozen bananas are also a good substitute for ice cream.

Freezing also breaks the banana down so it liquefies easier. I often throw the frozen bananas in the same bag as the frozen strawberries for my favorite smoothy. I’ll have to try the matcha recipe too.
