Utah Teapot

I’m a graphic artist, but I do not work in 3D. Anyway just found out about this today and thought it was interesting and that some others might be interested!

Apparently a teapot was one of the first things rendered in 3d.

Thanks for sharing! I did classical animation work years ago, but did have some classes with the 3D animators. I completely for about the utah teapot, haha!

It is an attractive tea pot too!

Thank you for sharing! I found that very interesting, I use AutoCad 2D in my work daily and have taken some code courses in school but none relating to 3D modelling (yet). It’s interesting to see the random origins of technologies haha I love that this one is tea related! The nerd in me (a large part) approves :)
