Europe! What's your experience with Yünnansourcing?
My friends and I are kinda planning to order bunch of stuff from yunnansourcing.com, so I need to know if the shipping is reliable: is the teaware likely to get damaged?, are the teas alright?, are there any complications with customs?
If you live in Europe and had experience with this e-shop before, please let me know…

in his videos he tells that Russian customs opened and inspected. so i would worry more about customs in your country, cause they open and could be “not gentle” to tea or teaware. But Yunnan Sourcing is famous for great packing. i ordered teaware and everything was great. even carton boxes they ship seem like triple thick.
The Chinese site has lots of tea reviews in Russian. Hobbes is a tea blogger from England who reviews teas from YS and refers to Scott often. Ditto with Jakub who is the Czech Republic, I believe.
No problems, any tea ware broken in transit is also guaranteed I believe. Tea is great,
Yunnan Sourcing is run by a man named Scott, an American living in China. They are very reliable. I can’t attest to the European aspect of their shipping, but their EMS shipping is very reliable and they do guarantee that teaware will be replaced if broken when shipped EMS. If you are considering buying from them, watch their Facebook page. They frequently run sales but only advertise on Facebook.
Scott should know what items may cause a problem with your countries customs. Check with him for this and you should be ok with customs. In the end customs is unpredictable in any country and the only way to avoid this is not order.
I’m in U.K, I’ve had no shipping issues from YS, or customs problems personally.
