Mini cakes are my fave thing for any type of pu’erh. They’re usually reasonably priced, they are a low commitment factor, and they are freakin’ adorable!

You may be better off with loose or tuos to start, though. I confess to have purchased some pu’erhs that I don’t care much for, in all my excitement.

Been there, done that. Over and over again. Can’t wait for my Manadala sampler to arrive so I can try them once and decide to buy the whole cake anyway THEN decide how I like them.

Or, try them a couple times like a normal person and see how it goes. Yeah, I’ll do that.
