Teas for all Moods! A Sneak Peak at a Cool Way to Think about Teas

Remember the days of mood rings? Or maybe those days are still now (haha) but in any case we think that teas evoke or at least play a big part in our emotions/well-being. So in spirit of mood rings and all things tea, we created this mood chart!

Check it out and tell us what you think!

Very cool and fun. Recommendation use darker colors for the chart so you can see it better.

I agree – the way the color fades clockwise from top is pretty, but since there are 5 colors to “read” for the types of tea, the fact that those colors are in darker to lighter shades is a bit confusing (plus hard to read). I love the concept though – it’s a great way to introduce your customers to teas they may not have considered before!

I think the colors would be ok if the “bigger version” was even bigger. It’s still too small.

I came across another tea company with a “mood ring.” (geez, that’s a huge URL)

@zenianicolash… all teas have the same health benefits despite what temperature they are enjoyed at. as long as the teas are brewed properly they should have the same health benefits.

in terms of mood, it is probably true that warmer teas will evoke a more cozy feeling than the cooler teas… but that is really depends on the individual…

I was told hot steeping kills (or at least reduces) benefits. I don’t believe it though.
