T2 in NYC: What do you think?

T2 opened last week in Soho, and it is my understanding that it is the company’s first store in the US. Steepsterians from the UK, Australia and NZ what are your thoughts on this brand?

I checked it out the other night, and was thoroughly unimpressed. They seem to have put more effort into the aesthetic and look of the packaging (bright colors + labels that have nothing to do with the type of tea or info) and look of the store than the actual teas. I made my way around the shop looking and smelling each and there was perhaps one that I found compelling. I got a sampler box of flavored black (despite my better judgment), but am curious to know what others think?
