This is actually a great tea store, but unfortunately they have decided to build their business on assumptive / hard selling. Of course it depends on the salesperson you get, but even the more mild mannered are hellbent on ‘helping’ you with products and up-selling you throughout your experience.

Great selection, mellow atmosphere, and helpful staff.
