I love licorice and I’ve been drinking this tea for years. It just tastes like licorice root to me. It’s best hot. I noticed yesterday that it develops flavors that I don’t care for as it cools.

Not an exciting chai, but It’s warm and comforting with milk and sugar. I’ll make room for it in my tea drawer at work.

When I found this at Marshalls I hoped it would be a less expensive alternative to Harney & Son Hot Cinnamon Spice, but I was dissapointed. This is weak in comparison.

This is a drinkable basic black tea, but I prefer Bigelow American Breakfast. I’ll be saving this tin for blending.

I’m not a fan of fruit teas that don’t have any actual tea, and this is no exception. I mixed this with Barry’s Gold Blend and it was pretty good. I doubt I’ll repurchase, but I’ll probably finish the box by mixing it with black tea.

This smells wonderful. I love how it makes my house smell like honey and vanilla. It doesn’t seem to have much flavor, however. I’ve been adding a bag to my cup of Sleepytime Extra for the scent, but I won’t repurchase.

I’ve been dissapointed by most of the teas I’ve tried recently. This one tastes very weak to me. I’ll probably be passing this one along to my mom.

I couldn’t drink this. There is a flavor in this and also in Pukka Licorice and Cinnamon that I strongly dislike. The common ingredients in both teas are roasted hickory root, sweet fennel seed, and cardamom pods. I haven’t yet determined which is the culprit as I am unfamiliar with all three ingredients.

Not what I expected. I was hoping for chocolate, but what I got was cinnamon. It smells like earthy cinnamon and tastes strongly of cinnamon. Where’s the chocolate?
Maybe the water wasn’t hot enough? I need to invest in a kettle with a built in thermometer because I really have no idea. Either the kettle is whistling or it isn’t, and it takes a good 10 minutes to achieve a whistle.
So I need to try again with hotter, and perhaps less, water. I used 12 oz, might try with 8 oz. And maybe try adding milk or sugar.
I like this cinnamon tea, but when I purchased it I was looking for chocolate.

This really does taste like a buttermint. I drank it straight today which is the way I like it best. The smooth vanilla flavor disappears with the addition of milk and sugar.
