And that’s a sipdown! Because of the heavy smoke in the air from wildfires, I spent the day inside, sitting on my lazy behind, drinking tea to the point that I have a massive headache. Headache and very little physical activity = bad, but tea = good.

Could have gone without the stevia in this but otherwise the chamomile was fresh and soothing.
