oh yum! I had a little extra time this morning, so I was able to make my own tea and properly steep it to take it along in a travel mug. I’ve been looking forward to trying this one! I burned my tongue because I always seem to do that when I use a travel mug, so I don’t think I caught all the nuances, but I really enjoyed this tea!
The smell of the dry leaf was just heavenly- dark and rich and fragrant. The tea was also dark and rich with a thick mouth feel. I was definitely tasting honey- so sweet! There was something sweet there that I couldn’t quite place probably due to my burnt tongue.

I run, I sing, I drink tea. That’s the best description I have of me.

I’ve always enjoyed tea, but have just started trying out a lot more loose teas and varied brands. I’m really excited about a site like steepster so I can read about what people think about different teas.

Oh and I really hate Lipton tea. There’s something just awful about it and I can’t understand why nearly every local diner only has Lipton.

Also I’m on the search for a full-bodied, fruity blackberry tea. So if you have any suggestions feel free to throw them my way! :-)
