I put a pitcher of this to cold-steep overnight so I could have some when I came home from work. Well I come home and my Mom had already drank about half the pitcher! We had tried this hot the other night and she couldn’t wait to try it cold. I’m just happy I was able to grab a glass before she polished off the rest. Lol!

As a cold brew I feel the citrus is a little more tame and the sage and lavender come out even more. I love how the liquor actually gets a little pulpy from the fruit. It’s like a sophisticated lemonade!

I’ve always enjoyed tea, but have just started trying out a lot more loose teas and varied brands. I’m really excited about a site like steepster so I can read about what people think about different teas.

Oh and I really hate Lipton tea. There’s something just awful about it and I can’t understand why nearly every local diner only has Lipton.

Also I’m on the search for a full-bodied, fruity blackberry tea. So if you have any suggestions feel free to throw them my way! :-)
