drank Lady Grey by Twinings
464 tasting notes

I had a bunch of tea bags floating around, so I decided to bring them to the training center today. I already found out we have a hot water tap on the floor of our training room. Woot!

This is REALLY strong on the bergamot. I am fond of Twining’s Earl Grey. It’s one of the bagged teas I drank a lot before I switched mostly to loose leaf. Maybe I just haven’t drunk it in a while, but this one is stronger than earl grey with the bergamot. It also tastes like there is some other citrus in it too… a touch of lime? The base is nice as well, not overly bitter. Altogether, a solid morning cup of tea. Something to enjoy while I’m sitting here waiting for the boring class to begin. I hate these kind of training classes.

And I think this particular bag was sent to me by Shelley_Lorraine, so thanks again! :-)

I run, I sing, I drink tea. That’s the best description I have of me.

I’ve always enjoyed tea, but have just started trying out a lot more loose teas and varied brands. I’m really excited about a site like steepster so I can read about what people think about different teas.

Oh and I really hate Lipton tea. There’s something just awful about it and I can’t understand why nearly every local diner only has Lipton.

Also I’m on the search for a full-bodied, fruity blackberry tea. So if you have any suggestions feel free to throw them my way! :-)
