47 Tasting Notes
I get mostly cranberry and lemon in this one with a bit of blueberry. It’s super refreshing on a dreary day like today and I was pleasantly surprised how much I like this one. I’ll decide if I’m going to order a larger bag after having a few more cups, because I drank my first cup so quickly that I need to try it again!
Flavors: Blueberry, Cranberry, Lemon
Unfortunately this one seems a little thin tasting to me; however, I only had a small sample and it may not have been large enough for the amount of water I put it in. Not sure if I should order a full bag of it to give it a more fair try, or just stick with one of my other blueberry teas.
After trying this one, apparently elderberry doesn’t mesh well with my food sensitivities so I won’t be ordering this one.
Apparently I like the idea of vanilla rooibos more than I actually like all of the vanilla rooibos teas I have tried. The rooibos in this one is pretty smooth compared to most of the others I’ve had, but it’s still not strong enough of a vanilla flavor for me. It’s not bad by any means, just kind of… boring. I’ll keep it around to drink when I need something mild when I am sick.
In plain tasting teas like these, I like to add different flavor syrups to pep them up – you could try that!
I really love all of the David’s Teas I have tried so far because they are so fun and flavorful. This one is no exception. It tastes pretty much it like it says, bubble gum! It’s more of a novelty flavor and I’m glad I tried it, but not a flavor I’d want to reach for often so I won’t be buying a full size of this one.
Flavors: Bubblegum
(Side note: Up until now I have stupidly been trying new teas in my huge 16 oz tumbler and wondering how on earth I will ever make it through all of the samples I’ve acquired…. today it hit me, DUH, make a smaller cup!)
Thanks to Shae for leaving a bit of this in the TTB for me to try! This is my first soda flavored tea and it’s quite interesting. It has a beautiful red color and tastes quite like, well, cherry cola! The cola flavor does come out a bit more once it’s cooled down and there’s a hint of spice as an after taste.
Overall I’m really grateful I got to try this one as I can’t drink cola due to dietary restrictions so I’m enjoying the novelty of having a cherry cola flavored tea. Even more than the taste I really love the aroma of this one!
Flavors: Cherry, Cola, Spices
This has a nice rich flavor in a subtle way. At first I thought it was too light for my liking, but I kept reaching for it and drank the cup down pretty quickly! The chocolate and hazelnut are both present in just the right amounts. Overall a pretty tasty tea.
Flavors: Chocolate, Hazelnut
I picked up a sample of this because the combination sounded intriguing. However, the rosemary seems to come through much stronger than the other flavors which was a little weird for me. While I love rosemary in baked goods, I apparently don’t like it as a strong flavor in tea.
Flavors: Chocolate, Rosemary
It sounded so promising and I was hoping for a chocolate-y creamy blend with a hint of rosemary, but sadly it was more like ROSEMARY with a hint of chocolate.
This is a really nice sweet orange and passion fruit tea. Great hot or iced. I can see myself drinking a lot of this over the summer as it’s pretty refreshing. Bought this as a sample and will probably order a larger tin to have around.
Flavors: Orange, Passion Fruit, Sweet
