Experiment #2 with my first Red Leaf unflavored matcha sample; whisked up (a little more vigorously this time) a cup, then gave a spring of fresh applemint a 3-minute bath. Works nicely—-Green (Apple) Frog!

Another rookie question—-those of you who buy an ounce at a time…help my spatially challenged mind….would that make a 1/2 cup in a measuring cup? More?
