2 Tasting Notes

We just got this tea in and it is well on its way to becoming my new favourite. The lemon and vanilla balance each other perfectly, making a lovely green rooibos tea that is neither too sweet or too tart. Hot lemon drinks usually remind me of Neo-Citrin but that wasn’t the case with this tea. My only worry is that I will drink it all myself…
Used boiled water and let steep for 2 minutes. Took first sip at 2 minutes, one second, not enough cooling down time, I’m an impatient tea drinker. Taste definitely became more nuanced once cooled.

I’m enjoying this tea. I realize tea shop owners are not to rate their own teas but the teas I carry are actually Special Teas Inc. My previous experience with tea and the variety of them is very limited so all of my reviews are based on me experiencing them for the first time.
I find this green oolong to have the perfect amount of jasmine to make for a flavourful, yet not overwhelming cup of tea.
I steeped for 2 minutes with cooled boiling water. I will definitely make another pot!
