I tried this tea at the Harney booth during Midwest Tea Fest. I was unsure because I usually don’t like green teas, but I’m glad I tried it. It was sweet and thick and buttery and I really liked it.
I’ve tried it both gong fu and westren. 175F leaves are dark green, smells of hay and spring. Short steeps. Taste is sweet, buttery, green. Mouthfeel is thick and creamy. Lovely aftertaste. Also, spent leaves taste pretty good. I should try to use them in something.
I could happily drink this everyday.. 90
