Backlog. Bought a tin of this tea at Midwest Tea Fest. Tried it there and was impressed by the flavor and smoothness. Dry leaf smells of chocolate malt.
208F, 5min, 8oz. Tastes of chocolate, honey, malt. So smooth. Really liking this for mornings and it resteeps well. Great morning tea. Great dessert tea too. 90

Already checked their website to see if I could get more. I have plenty and don’t need more. It’s sold out on their website, well unless you want wholesale. Though they do sell in grocery stores in KC.

Flavors: Chocolate, Honey, Malt, Smooth

I know they’ve been trying to expand regionally – nothing in your neck of the woods yet?

Nope. Nothing that I can find. Drive to KC isn’t far so it’s easy enough to restock.

Bio

I started my tea journey with Stash/Celestial Seasonings tea bags years ago. All loose leaf, unless I’m sick or traveling.

I like black, oolong, white, herbals, and raw/ripe pu’erh. I don’t drink green tea often.

I play video games, read, and do pottery. My current favorite tea mug is one I threw and glazed.

I generally review teas twice – initial and final steeps.

My cupboard is mostly up to date.

85-100 are teas that I loved and want to keep in stock.
71-84 are teas that are good. I may or may not get them again. Source for daily drinkers/work teas.
60-70 are teas that I didn’t like. I’ll finish what I bought.
Anything less than 60…nope.
