This is the first time I’ve ever tried a tisane that purely dried fruits. There’s so much yumminess going on it this. Overall, its sweet and fruity and delicious. I think I’ll try cutting it with some green tea next time so I can try and make the bag stretch. I wish I ordered more than 50 g! I also must try this iced, the fruitiness just screams iced.

I don’t believe I’ve ever had a rose tea before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The dry leaf smells like smelling a fresh rose, next to like a cherry pie. Sweet and cherry and floral. Smells good, but I still wasn’t sure how it would taste.
I’m surprised by how much I like it. I didn’t taste much cherry, mostly just rose, though I think I might have had the water too hot. It was still very yummy. Rosy, with a touch of sweet cherry, supported by the slightly vegetal green tea. I really want to try it iced.

This smells incredible, sweet and buttery and creamy. I want to dive in.
This is nice sweet, creamy rooibos. And the little caramel squares are such a cute touch. The creamy caramel takes front stage while the woody rooibos supports the caramel in a way that reminds me even more of browned caramel.

Taking MissB advice, I tried this shaken (in a small Tupperware haha), and phenomenal! Blends with the cold water much better this way! And gets super frothy. Super yummy and easily downed.

The dry leaf of this smells JUST like almond extract! So yummy. The smell is less strong once steeped, but definitely still there. I’ve never tried an almond marzipan, but I can say that this is sweet and delicious and almondy. Yum!

So, a few weeks back I was grocery shopping with my boyfriend, and was looking at the teas. My boyfriend, tired of looking at tea, goes just grab one and lets go. I go to grab this one to compare to a different one, and he goes good lets go. The box looks good so I thought “what could possibly go wrong” and accepted the choice. Finally tried this last night, curious. Took one sip, looked at the ingredients, and dumped it down the drain. Licorice should be outlawed. Bleh. Nasty stuff. Oh well, all I need is to find someone who likes licorice tea to pawn this and Evening Lights on. Too bad I don’t know anyone who likes licorice.

I don’t have a very refined palate. I’m not very good at picking out flavors that aren’t super evident. I’m tasting the yummy vegetal taste from this tea, but I’m also getting something else. I wanna say it’s something fruity. I don’t know, but I like it. It’s nice and light and delicate. Just the type of tea I like first thing in the morning to ease my taste buds awake.

Guys, guys, you gotta try this. I remembered that I had some watermelon cubed up in the freezer, and knowing that it would only be good in a smoothie, I had a brilliant idea. Instead of adding juice, or milk, why not tea? And what better tea for a water melon smoothie than a melon tea?
So I steeped and cooled a cup of this, and added it, plus maybe a cup of frozen watermelon. and perhaps 3 frozen strawberries. I drizzled in a touch of honey, and blended it up. Oh gosh, it is soo good! Cool and sweet, fruity and refreshing. The perfect drink for the hot Florida heat. You gotta try it.

So, still drooling over Janefan idea of adding ice cream to this, I steeped up a cup and added a scoop of Oreo icecream without bothering to cool it down first, and all I can say is: WOW oh WOW. HOW COME I"VE NEVER THOUGHT OF DOING THIS?!?! Tea and ice cream, what could be better? This is dangerous, I’m going to want to try this with all my dessert teas now. OH gosh, so so yummy.

Great idea! Heavy cream is also delectable in a pinch if you’re out of ice cream… I’ve done that on many, many occasions. ;)

Mandy

Would you believe me if I said I’ve never had heavy cream that wasn’t already baked into something?

Checked the mail this morning, and this was in an envolope from Jump62359, the only thing in the mailbox (my first piece of mail since moving). I was heating up some water before even opening the envelope. I swear, it’s Jump62359 is a cult leader, convincing us all to drink the punch. And this is one cult I’m glad I joined! I must stay I was a bit skeptic of this tea. With so much hype, can a tea really be that good? The answer is yes! The dry leave smells so juicy and melony and mouthwatering, and that incredible aroma carries over to the liquor and the wet leaf.
I added a touch of truvia, and lets just say I need to have a giant pitcher of this in my fridge at all times. Its so juicy and refreshing, like eating a bunch delicious honey dew, but in liquid form. So freaking good. Now I need to find out how well it resteeps

Hehhe I just love this tea SO much okay. I’ve never tasted anything like it since other melon teas don’t get the flavour that well.
And this one.. doesn’t resteep that well. Years ago when I was used to watered-down tea, I could drink this for HOURS. But now my taste buds have grown accustomed to stronger teas so this doesn’t resteep that well for me
