4tsp for 3 cup water. Leaves are small bits. You can smell the cloves and a little cinnamon. The liquor is dark amber and you can smell the cloves. I definitely need milk or sugar in this. The flavor is good but very strong.

Much better with milk and sugar. The clove and typical chai flavor is still there but it is lighter and doesn’t leave a funky taste in the mouth.

Preparation
Boiling 3 min, 30 sec

I am liking this tea more and more. I am a HUGE Starbucks chai latte freak and this tea with milk and sugar might be an alternative to that drink. I can’t drink them side by side because then I would really notice the difference but right now I want to just keep drinking it.

I’ve been drinking tea for the past 35 years but only recently have I found ‘good’ tea. I am starting to become a tea ‘snob’ and I am ok with that. Why waste my time on bad tea?

I am in the process of developing a business plan to open up my own tea business, Bee-Tea. I will be attending the World Tea Expo and the New Business Boot Camp. Follow me at www.Facebook.com/BeeTeaCompany to watch me grow.

I also teach various aerobics classes at 24HourFitness and the YMCA to keep in shape and I am a software developer by trade.
