Sprinkled over key lime pie for an extra flavor dimension.

The pie had a (gluten free) gingersnap crust made with coconut palm sugar, so the tropical tone was emphasized there as well. (In fact, there’s ginger and coconut in this blend!)

Hmm, maybe next time I’ll try putting the t-dust in the pie filling, along with the lime zest, to add greenness and flavor!
