I agree with Squee – this won’t put me to sleep if I’m wide awake, but it definitely seems to help turn drowsiness into actual sleep instead of tossing and turning. Yes, the mint is dominant, but the other herbs blend in to keep it from tasting like toothpaste or candy. It tastes “herbal” and clean & healthy, which I think is appropriate for a vaguely medicinal tea.
