I was just about to pour my 6-8 oz water over it when I read this and saw “each bag makes 2-3 cups” so instead of doing re-steeps I decided to start over, make 2cups hot, drink half and chill the other half.
I was hoping for a matcha burst of energy but in a lighter form than straight matcha. I like how this is sweeter and smoother than other (admittedly low quality) genmaichas I’ve tried! Will write more later…
