I made a big pot of this for my books club’s tea party today, and it was well liked by all. I actually got a couple compliments about how good the tea was, including from one person who’d turned their nose up at H&S blends before because she prefers British teas. Anyway, we all had a couple cuppas with milk & sugar, but there was still a good bit left at the end (it was a 10-cup pot!) so I’ve chilled it and will enjoy it iced tomorrow. That’s a win-win!
