mixed a bit of this in with the “get some zzz’s” tea to mask the flavor of valerian (which makes me sleepy, but smells like butt). It definitely helped!
I’ve compared valerian to licking a tree branch, but I get where you’re coming from :)

drank with honey and cayenne to clear sinuses, as a switch from my usual lemon ginger tea. nice change, but too acidic too drink often.
I remember trying this one and thinking I might use it to strip paint ;)
Hiding under a warm blanket until Spring. Just bring me hot tea and dark chocolate at regular intervals!
