This Keemun infused a very, very dark brown. Aroma reminds me of bread. Taste is malty, and a bit sweet. It’s also slightly bitter on the backend. I’m still working with the right ratio of tea to water. I like this tea. I’m partial to black teas and this one paired well with orange flavored dark chocolate.

Late night snack accompanied my tea tonight. Peanut Butter & Jelly & Keemun. Actually was a nice alternative to the usual milk. Lowered the steep time to two minutes. Lost the bitterness but also some depth of flavor. Next time I’ll try a 2.5 minute steep.
