I am a 30 year old woman who simply loves tea. I don’t have a long history of being a consumer of this glorious beverage, but I am now a “lifer.” I gave up coffee over a year ago, and now only enjoy the occasional French press mug with my Sunday brunch. Tea has captured my heart, and taste buds, and I am forever striving to expand my knowledge about the various teas that are out there. I am especially interested in the additional health benefits that come from tea consumption.
